We started off in the small maze
Laura did not find the small maze interesting and took a walk. Rob kept her company.
We attempted our traditional "1st Pumpkin Patch" photo. I wasn't overly impressed with it.
The kids were distracted by the bounce houses, so we headed over that way. Eva had a bounce house all to herself for a while.
Jack and Kylie headed for the huge slide. Jack posed as he slid down. What a goober!
Eva decided she needed to go on the big slide with Kylie and Jack, so they took her along.
Beth jumped in a huge pumpkin bounce house.
Meg went down the big slide.
Brittney and Laura hung out and watched everyone.
Megan, Beth, and Jack discovered the big maze!
I got to hang out with Laura too :)
Brittney, Laura, and I waiting for the big kids to be done bouncing and getting covered in hay in the maze.
Kylie and Jack found the end!
Megan and Beth did too!
We had to take a photo in the teepee of course. It is harder to get six kids to smile and look at the camera at the same time than it was when we only had a few . . .
While waiting for the hay ride, the older five kids played on the merry-go-round.
Brittney and Laura hung out in the teepee.
Waiting for the hayride to start moving!
Laura LOVED it! :)
Rob, Laura, and I
Picking out pumpkins to bring home.
Meg put a stalk of hay behind her ear. I guess it's the Texas version of a flower behind the ear.
Showing off pumpkins
We decided to try again for a "1st Pumpkin Patch" shot. These turned out a bit better :) I really need to learn to photoshop faces so I can just pick the best faces for each kid and photoshop it all into one picture.
Silly faces :)
We made one last stop to play before leaving.
Brittney took a family photo for us
And we took one of her and all the kiddos.
All the pumpkins lined up at home. We are so blessed!
After the pumpkin patch, Brittney told us she would take care of the kids and sent us out on a date. Living on the wild side as we do, we hit Costco, Ross, Big Lots, and then Jason's Deli for a late dinner.
