A note discovered on the counter in Megan's handwriting ~ Dear John, Please stop trying to steal stuff from me. Now I cannot go shopping for my baby. As you see, I am pregnant and she is going to come out in a few weeks. And besides, I cannot buy food for my dog. Sincerely, Eliza K.

Eva apparently came equipped with an internal alarm that goes off when I try to go to sleep. She unfailingly wakes up completely the minute I lay down and stays wide awake for several hours. All attempts at renegotiation of sleep schedules have been rejected by Eva. It's a good thing she's so incredibly cute! This has also made me very grateful for Netflix - there is nothing but infomercials on tv between 1am and 3am, but Lie to Me is always available on Netflix!
