Having a Good Day :)

Friends dropped off pizza last night for dinner (which I was craving yesterday - I think Becky is psychic :) ). Rob took the kids over to Beca's house last night as she planned a sleepover for all four of them, so we got to spend some time talking and relaxing. Because all 4 kids slept over Beca's house last night, Rob and I got to sleep in until 9:30 this morning. Brittney came over to watch the kids while Rob and I went to the dr. The dr said I'm responding well enough to the meds that I can wait two weeks for my next appt! He said as long as they keep working, he will keep me on them until 35-36 weeks (this is the first time he's actually talked about me making it that far, so I'm doing good!). It will depend how well I'm doing - if they are having to put me on more and more meds, then by 35 wks (if I make it that far) Eva will be big enough that they would just let her come out. If I'm handling it well, then they'll wait until 36 wks. Of course, all of this is dependent on my contractions not getting worse again. As of right now, they are about 40-60 mins apart and sometimes I'll go a few hours without having one :) Much better than every 3 mins! If I keep doing well, he even said I could try to cut the meds down to every 6 hours in a few days.

Anyway, I got home from my appt and discovered that my school just announced the residency locations for next year (I had planned to go to Phoenix this coming Sept, but that obviously isn't happening). I get to do my residency in DALLAS!!! Yay!!! I won't have to travel far and won't have to buy two plane tickets (as we would have to fly Rob or someone out too as I'll still be nursing Eva).

We (Rob) has a busy afternoon planned. All three cats are going to the vet for yearly check ups, then he's taking Megs and Kylie to take their school supplies (which Beca got for us - thank you Beca!!!) to school and meet their new teachers for next year. Tonight I'm going to see if I can kidnap a friend to have a girls' night (granted, it will have to be in my bedroom so I can still lie down, but Rob said he'd get take out for us :) ). I don't have any homework due tonight and will be able to just chill out :)
